By accessing or using AIIQM.com and any associated products or services — including AIIQM-WELL University, the AIM Agency, and the AIMY AI assistant — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

AIIQM LLC provides the following services:

AIM Agency Starter Pack — a done-for-you intelligence package including a market brief, video script, branded video, and consulting deck, delivered within 48 hours of purchase
AIIQM-WELL University — structured AI education across Foundation, Builder, and Architect tracks
AIMY — an AI-powered assistant available on our website to guide users through our framework and products
Digital Products — including The AIIQM Guide and other downloadable materials

2. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the stated charge.

Digital products and downloads — all sales are final. No refunds once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
AIM Agency Starter Pack — due to the custom, done-for-you nature of the deliverables, no refunds are issued once work has begun. If we are unable to deliver within the stated timeframe, you may request a full refund within 7 days.
University enrollment — refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of enrollment if no course content has been accessed.

3. Delivery of Deliverables

AIM Agency Starter Pack deliverables will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Delivery times may vary for orders placed on weekends or holidays. AIIQM LLC is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

4. AIMY — AI Assistant Disclaimer

AIMY is an artificial intelligence assistant powered by ElevenLabs Conversational AI. By interacting with AIMY you acknowledge and agree that:

AIMY is an AI, not a human, licensed professional, financial advisor, legal advisor, or medical professional
Responses from AIMY are for informational and educational purposes only
AIMY may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
You should not rely on AIMY for professional advice of any kind
Your conversations with AIMY are processed by ElevenLabs in accordance with their terms and privacy policy
Do not share sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information with AIMY

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AIIQM.com — including the AIM Framework, course materials, deliverables, branding, and AIMY — is the intellectual property of AIIQM LLC. Deliverables produced for clients through the AIM Agency are licensed for the client's personal and business use. Redistribution or resale of deliverables without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIIQM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or the AIMY assistant. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
